  • What shipping method do you use?
We ship throughout the United States via USPS First Class or your choice of upgrade to Priority Mail.
 
  • Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not yet ship internationally. We hope to expand operations soon.
 
  • Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! Once your package has shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We will process your order as soon as possible within 1 to 5 business days. Then USPS First Class Mail can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for delivery, while USPS Priority Mail takes an estimated 2 to 5 business days for travel SEE NOTE ***.  [SEE COVID ADDENDUM]

    ***NOTE: During high-demand times and Holiday Season orders may take additional time to ship. Please be patient and understanding with any unexpected delays with our US Postal Service, especially during these challenging Covid-19 times and USPS experienced hardships.
