After my beloved Dad died of cancer, I struggled with darkness. I was grief-stricken and depressed. It hurt to breathe. I would tell myself, "If I can just get myself through the Night, then the Sun will rise again."
The Lesson: No matter how long and dark the Night may seem, the Sun ALWAYS rises in the Morning. Tomorrow will be a new day, another chance to Live. One day at a time.
The thought became my Mantra, which became Our Motto: "Like the Sun, I Will Rise!"  At times, our minds can be our worst enemies. Even though you are shrouded in the darkness of depression, if you just hold on for One More Day, the new day will bring new Life Moments. You will smile again. You will laugh again.
The Light WILL outshine the darkness.
You just have to make it through the Night.
My wish is that Our Story inspires you not to lose Hope.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you, and not to harm you, plans to give you Hope and a future."
