After my beloved father died of cancer, I struggled with Darkness. I was grief-stricken and depressed. I would tell myself, "If I could just get myself through the night, then the Sun would rise again."
The Lesson: No matter how long the night may seem, the Sun always rises in the morning. Tomorrow will be a new day to start fresh again. Another chance.
It became my mantra, which became Our Motto: "Like the Sun, I Will Rise!" Even if you are shrouded in the Darkness of depression - at times, our minds can be our worst enemies - if you just hold on for another day, the new day will bring new opportunities.
The Light will break the Darkness.
You just have to make it through the Night.
